REFILLS in 3 Easy Steps

We process prescription refill request(s) as promptly as possible for you. You can always get a new prescription if your previous medication does not qualify for a refill.

Step 1:

Health questions cover your medical history and pharmacy information

Step 2:

We will send your Rx within 2 hours after a medical review

Step 3:

If we approve, prescription is sent to your pharmacy within 1 to 4 hours

  • Refund Policy: A full refund of consultation fee will be applied only if a doctor couldn't prescribe a treatment plan. However, once your prescription is processed and sent to the local pharmacy, the fee will become non-refundable.
  • Important: None of our doctors are permissible to prescribe unsafe, addictive and illegitimate drugs, including but not limited to narcotics, ambien, clonidine or any other controlled drugs.

Similar to a doctor's office, our one-time fee covers the online consultation only. You still have to pay for medicine at the pharmacy
